![]() I don’t know anything about computers and this is so frustrating because I keep getting so close. I just really was wondering if anyone knew of some way now that’s more effective or easier or a YouTube video that I could try. ![]() I got to windows doing that but it kept failing after. The best steps that have worked for me is downloading the windows 10 iso, downloading the boot map support things and moving them to the flash drive and creating a partition as an exfat. However on my Mac when I got there, bootcamp pops up and start to install and then asks to reset and then it’s freezes and then won’t load after rebooting the computer and now it’s messed up so I erased everything on the usb and deleted the manual partition I made and what not. The closest that I’ve gotten was from using this video which got me to the point of booting up windows and getting to the Home Screen. ![]() I have tried so many different YouTube videos, Reddit posts, and everything in between. Hi all so I have a 2011 iMac that runs high sierra and I really want to get windows on it. Boot Camp is a free tool in macOS which allows you to install Windows on a partition on your Mac hard drive so you can choose whether to dual boot your Mac in either Windows or macOS.
